Fire and Vines-- The Wine Bar's Entrance8 viewsUpon first entering, the most notable thing is our tower. Forget Babel, our tower truly reaches heaven. With every variety and vintage available—as well as some limited reserve stock—from Lopez Vineyards encased in a glass cylinder reaching from the floor to the ceiling of the second story, newcomers to the label can peruse as they climb the stairs wrapping around and leading to the seat of comfort on the second floor. For those who simply want to take a few bottles from Fire and Vines home, the tower also serves as a packaging center.

Wine Bar's Main Room4 viewsOpening into a granite and slate tiled floor, the same décor and color scheme carried through, the stairs lead you to the heart of Fire and Vines. Tables and chairs, both bar and dinner table height, are scattered throughout. Many are long, wooden or slate topped tables, encouraging the mixing and mingling of parties previously unknown to each other. Along one wall is a large, nearly floor to ceiling fire place reminiscent of those found in large, palatial mansions before the days of central heating. Connecting to the wall with the fireplace, a long wooden bar resides. A door behind the bar leads into the kitchen, where the gourmet chef prepares one of three meals selected for that day. Variety being the spice of life, the menu changes daily, the only constants being one antipasto dish; one red meat, one white meat, and one vegetarian dish; and a dessert, all expertly designed to feature one of the selected bottles featured that day. Along the ceiling, trellises are hanged, crawling with live grape vines adding another touch of cozy Tuscan home to the experience.

Wine Bar's Private Room2 viewsImmediately to the right when coming up the stairs is a massive wooden door leading into another, smaller room. Painted in warm shades of reds and browns, this room has a more modern feel and is available to reserve for private parties of ten or more.
Behind all of this sits the corporate headquarters for the Lopez Vineyard’s International Distribution Center. Venders looking to sample and purchase wines from the Lopez Vineyard’s label to serve or carry in their establishments, as well as the Executive offices, and the packaging and distribution warehouses for international companies, can be found here.
